Bookings are to be secured with a $100 deposit. Once a receipt is issued bookings are very secure from guests perspective and from our perspective helps eliminates no-show and other booking problems.
Deposits may be forward to trust account by either:
Direct transfer – bank details as follow – BSB number: 014531 – Account number: 1092 62629 – Account name: Glendiyll Investments Pty Ltd. Please email office and advise the pending deposit identification name.

A $50 note is required as a deposit on keys at checkin which is attached to registration card and is fully refundable upon checkout with the return of keys to office.
Bookings effected by Government Covid virus stipulations i.e. lock downs etc. requiring a cancellation may cancel free of fees with a full refund of deposit.
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to checkin incur a $40 fee for withdrawal of funds from trust account.
Cancellations within 4 weeks to checkin will not receive a refund.
There will be an admin charge of $50, withdrawn from the deposit, with any future booking cancelations.
